It’s not being cheapskate, it’s all about giving something personalized and spending too much effort for a person. Yes, receiving extravagant gift is awesome, but would it be nicer if you receive something really beautiful because it has a magic touch from the one you love?
So on our first anniversary I gave my boyfriend this enormous jar full of words written in a colored post-it-notes shaped heart.
