1. BREAD SANDWICH WITH A HOT BEVERAGE.

Pap is very easy to make and it goes along with bean cake. Akara is a bean filter made from bean paste while pap is a paste made from grains: corn and millet.
3. Yam and Egg:
Fried yam and eggs are a common breakfast choice in Nigeria. Slices of yam are fried until they’re golden brown and served with scrambled or fried eggs. It’s a hearty and filling breakfast option.
4. Plantain and Beans: This dish combines ripe plantains and beans in a tomato-based sauce. The plantains are typically fried or boiled, and the beans are cooked until they’re soft. It’s a balanced and nutritious breakfast option.
5. Moimoi: Moimoi, also known as bean pudding, is a steamed bean cake made from black-eyed peas, peppers, onions, and spices. It’s a popular breakfast choice in Nigeria and is often eaten with bread or pap.
