Sweet Berry Iced Tea

You might feel that the amount of sugar used in this berry iced tea is a lot, but the idea from having iced tea is to fill your glass with ice so the berry iced tea will get diluted a little and you won’t be consuming a lot of sugar. The berries you have might be all sweet, but some might be a little sour, depending on the amount of sweetness the berries have to play a rule in how much sugar you might want to use or omit.

You can use fresh-frozen berries for this recipe, but don’t use canned berries. Instead of sugar, you can use honey or any sweetener you prefer. Instead of lemon juice, you can add lime juice.

I thought this tea was fabulous. My only suggestions wld be to add lemon juice to your liking and the same for the sugar. I made this according to the recipe less the 1/4 c of sugar and it was delicious. I also made a second batch and added it to a pitcher of fresh green tea...outstanding both ways
