The 20-year-old artist was accused of shooting and killing 18-year-old Khalia Walker on October 25.
According to the affidavit, Lil Loaded, Walker, and a witness named Cameron Walker were outside Khalia’s house when two shots were fired.
Khija, Walker’s sister, ran outside and found her brother with a gunshot wound, with Lil Loaded and Cameron standing over him.
Khija discovered a video on Lil Loaded’s phone showing the suspect shooting Khalia.
Lil Loaded and Cameron then took Khalia to the hospital before returning to the scene. Lil Loaded later fled.
Lil Loaded claimed the shooting was an accident, and several individuals, including media outlet Say Cheese T.V.’s Shawn Cotton, stated that the incident occurred during the shooting of a music video and was not the result of an argument.
Despite these claims, Lil Loaded was charged with murder, and his bond was $500,000.
