In January, we shared our view of Health Wealth, this month we will journey into Wisdom Wealth. We will define what it is, how to get it and why it is important to have it…and trust me, it is important to have it.
My definition of Wisdom Wealth is the use of acquired knowledge, usually through experience that enables us to make clear decisions for ourselves, for those around us, and for our world. Let me illustrate by using a fun metaphor: Knowledge is knowing a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.
Unfortunately few people are innately wise, in other words few if any are born wise. Wisdom is something we acquire and takes time because we do not only learn new skills and ways of thinking but we need to put these skills and ideas to use and connect them to other things. Wisdom in a vacuum is worthless.
I am not quite sure what kind of world it would be if all were wise, because wise and nice don’t necessarily go together. We hope that wise people would be compassionate, caring, understanding, effective, and that they would like to share their wisdom. This is not always the case. Some might make the argument that if they don’t hold the previously mentioned characteristics, they are not truly wise. It is a good argument, however I know many wise people that I would not necessarily want to have co*cktails with.
Some might also think that wisdom is universal, meaning that it is hom*ogenous in its makeup to all. What we might find wise in the west is not necessarily viewed as wise in the east. So wisdom can be selective.
The journey into my own Wisdom Wealth has shown me that it takes time and it takes the learned ability for reflection. Connecting thoughts, feelings, projecting consequences, observing ourselves, observing nature, knowing that we really are spiritual beings and that our presence here, in this world, is finite. Living everyday fully, with presence and deliberation in our thoughts and more importantly in our actions.
By saying that wisdom is wealth, the proverb tells us that wisdom can help us to gain other, material, wealth (things like money, land and goods). More importantly, it tells us that in the same way that we value money, we should value wisdom – and that it is wisdom not money that makes valuable lives.
Wisdom is really the key to wealth. With great wisdom, comes great wealth and success. Rather than pursuing wealth, pursue wisdom. The aggressive pursuit of wealth can lead to disappointment.
In her right hand Wisdom holds a long life, and in her left hand are wealth and honor. Wisdom makes life pleasant and leads us safely along. Wisdom is a life-giving tree, the source of happiness for all who hold on to her.
Answer: Yeh wisdom is better than riches. Explanation: without wisdom person would not have the richest very long distance. Itis found that judgement best knowledge understanding successfully to solve problem it is the opposite of foolishness and stupidiCity.
I will always prefer wisdom to be the best among the two. When you have money, you tend to get the work done by someone else by just focusing on getting the thing done. This way you tend to get lazy. Whereas when it comes to wisdom, you tend to do it on your own.
But remember the LORD your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms his covenant, which he swore to your ancestors, as it is today.
God said to Solomon, “You have not asked for wealth or riches or honor, or for the death of your enemies, or for a long life. But since you have asked for wisdom and knowledge to lead my people, over whom I have made you king, I will give you wisdom and knowledge.
