Speaking of breakfast, don’t miss our huge list of keto breakfast ideas!

Tips for Making Chocolate Chaffles

Here are a few things to know about making these low carb chocolate waffles.

  • This is a sweet chocolate version of our original chaffle recipe.
  • Make sure that you use a zero carb cooking spray to coat your waffle maker before pouring on your chocolate chaffle mixture! No one wants to clean a burnt waffle maker.
  • Add and subtract what ingredients work for you. All of our keto recipes are made to be easily adaptable for your taste preference and macro count.

Low Carb Waffle Topping

Watch your carbs when adding waffle toppings. Here are some low carb waffle toppings that are keto friendly:

  • Butter
  • Keto Syrup
  • Keto Whipped Cream

Soft Cream Cheese

The cream cheese in this chocolate chaffle is cream cheese! While our recipe suggests nuking it, it’s all in the consistency.

If your cream cheese temperature is able to be stirred easily, great! Cold cream cheese will make mixing the ingredients more difficult.

Coconut Flour Chaffle

This is a coconut flour chaffle. You CAN use almond flour. We like coconut flour in our sweet chaffles and almond flour in our savory chaffles.
